Get more active

Sitting for too long has been linked to cancer, cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes, and back problems. Try to avoid sitting for too long without standing up to stretch and walk around. Get enough sleep

Of course, there’s no specified time frame for how often you should see your doctor. However, anywhere from annually to three years is ideal for check up. Doing this can help you catch any disease early enough when they are easy to treat and cure. Also spare some time for tests like cholesterol checks, mammograms, and prostate cancer screenings.
Take things easy
With a new year approaching, it’s easy to get caught up in the process of achieving goals like losing weight, building your career, or travelling to a new country. Whatever your goals are, break them into small achievable ones and work on them one after the other. Don’t try to take on too many challenges at once and take out time to relax when you’ve been working.
