Since her entrance into the limelight as Keesha in 7th Heaven, Union has over the years built a strong brand for herself in the movie world, moving through each year with poise, grace, talent all backed with her fountain of youth kind of look.

The actress has gone on to star in several hit movies as well as create a beautiful family for herself. Without further ado, we will be telling you reasons we are absolutely in love with the actress.

Union, at the age of 19, became a rape victim. The actress who had a part-time job as an attendant at a shoe shop was raped. She however did not let that derail the cause of her life as she used the experience to build herself into the strong woman she is today and has now become an advocate for assault survivors.

The multi-award-winning Hollywood actress can arguably be the guardian to the fountain of youth as she has refused to age. In her 40’s Union does not look a day over 20. Remember the movies; Bring it On and Love and Basketball? Yea, both movies are well over 28 years old, yes, you get it now?

For one who doe snot in anyway look her age of course you know, she will be athletic. Union, before she became the ace actress we know today, was an all-star point guard, soccer player, and track runner. Till date, the actress still ensures she stays in shape excising with her beau Dwayne Wade.

Yes, Dwayne, we can not help but love them. The couple who have been together for well over 6 years, knows just how to keep their love young and fresh. They look every inch in love from sightings on social media and red carpet photos, but even with this, one can easily tell that what they share is pure and true.

Talk about a strong woman, Union admits when she is wrong and we totally respect her for this. The talented actress was awarded the fierce and fearless award during the Essence’s Black Woman in Hollywood luncheon and her acceptance speech is one many will remember for a very long time to come. In her words; “I was a victim masquerading as a survivor—I used to revel in gossip and rumors, and lived for the negativity inflicted upon my sister actresses or anyone who I felt whose shine diminished my own.” I mean for someone who can admit all of her mistake and work to become a better person, what is there not to love about this strong woman.
