Pulisic became the most expensive American soccer player in history after he signed a deal worth $73m with former England champions, Chelsea. The 20-year old winger will remain with Borussia Dortmund till the end of the season before linking up with his new teammates at Chelsea on July 1st.

Chelsea target, Leonardo Paredes signed a contract with French Champions, PSG in a deal rumoured to be worth around $54m. The talented midfielder signed a 4.5 year deal for PSG, dashing the hopes of Chelsea who hoped to use him as a replacement for the departed Cesc Fabregas.
