Dinner! Slap of meat and liver🥩. Today the liver tasted so sweet. I was really hungry, went a bit too long without food. 🌼 Going raw now. After eating meat only, raw during the day and meat broth with Slow cooked meat for dinner for a while I found that the only time my skin would itch was after my last meal of slow cooked meat. It makes my acne worse. It was the last drop last night. And this morning I woke up with a very painful chin instead of it only itching. It is super inflammed. 🌼 In the upcomming two months I will get tests done to see what's up with my gut. Oh well. Next to my acne every thing is going super :). In another post I will mention all the things that have gotten better. Weeeee raw time. __________________________ #rawcarnivore #raw #rawfood #foodie #meat #meatheals #liver #lever #life #calfliver #vealliver #lifestyle #carnivore #carnivorediet #nutrition #beef #meaty #zerocarb #plantbased #realfood #primal #primaldiet #diet #paleo #rawpaleo #paleodiet #dinner #aajonusvonderplanitz #recovery
