Everton has been in search of a midfielder and recently turned its focus from Crystal Palace star Wilfred Zaha to Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi.
According to reports, Everton submitted a £30m bid to sign the Arsenal star which was turned down. It is believed that they are expected to come up with a better offer between the range of £40m before Arsenal can be convinced to let Alex Iwobi go.

I'd sell him for £5million. Also in £1million instalments paid over 5 years. Genuinely one of the worst attacking players to have been given an opportunity to play. Awful awful footballer. No quality in the final third and panics with decision making.

I like Iwobi. It’s easy to argue that we have young players in the wings ready to try and take his place, as in pre-season, but I’d be sad to see him go.
