Today, Allen Onyema received the first batch of Nigerians fleeing South Africa due to Xenophobic attacks.The Air Peace CEO, who had ordered the aircraft that conveyed the Nigerians from South Africa, fought back tears as he welcomed his countrymen back home.
There was jubilation, a recital of the National anthem, and tears of joy by the Nigerians who stood with him in the B777 aircraft.
A video of this event has since gone viral and many Nigerians have expressed their views on this act of kindness by Allen Onyema.
