Nollywood takes a new turn and brings a new taste of horror into the industry. Comedian, Basketmouth revealed in an Instagram post that for six years, he had been working privately on a feature movie.
The Exorcism of Alu, created by Basketmouth is meant to break the cinemas on January 15, 2019.
However, Basketmouth has postponed the new release date for the movie as a result of the release of Falz’s album, ‘Moral Instruction.’
He said in an Instagram post, “Falz, hope you’re aware that I pulled out from releasing my movie today because of this your album!!’
The movie adopts a horror-thriller genre and craves a unique path, different from other horror movies we’ve seen by the Nigerian movie industry.
The movie stars Sound Sultan and Rekiya Yusuf, and also foreign actors such as Winona Crawford, Jamie Whitehouse, Tevez Houston, Jamie Whitehouse, and so on.
It is written by Basketmouth and directed by Phillipe Gaynor.
