Follow these steps and your Chocolate cake would be ready in 30mins

Have you ever have that urging feeling to eat it when you sense the lovely smell of delicious chocolate cake coming out of the oven? Well, you are not alone, Chocolate cake is one my favorite kind of cakes because it is delicious and easy to prepare. Today, I will be showing you how to bake a chocolate cake just in 30 minutes.Chocolate cake is one of the most tasty dessert recipes out there.When prepared right chocolate cakes are fluffy, creamy, delicious and soft.

Most bakers prefer to bake chocolate cakes in layers along with a cake flavour like vanilla., but the plain chocolate cake taste far more better. For some people chocolate cake is a guilty pleasure and it is best you stop consuming it if you want to lose weight because you won’t be able to stop at just one bite.

Chocolate cakes are rich In fats, carbohydrates and tons of sugar.

Chocolate cakes are more enjoyable with a whipped cream topping, ice cream, yogurt, or orange juice. Personally I believe after a nice meal, chocolate cake is the ideal desert.The recipe I will be showing you today is similar to the regular cake recipe the difference is that it has a mixture of chocolate. It is important to note that there are two types of chocolate: dark and white. When baking a chocolate cake you can use an unmixed Cocoa powder or something like Milo or Bournvita.

c. Egg whisk

f. Baking Pan
g. Kitchen scale

INGREDIENTS

a. 2 cups of multi-purpose flour. ( It is advisable to use multi-purpose flour over premixed flour. With a multi-purpose you will know the exact quantity of baking powder to add.)
b. 1 Cup of Milk
c. 1 tsp Baking Powder
d. 1 tap of Baking Soda
e. Pinch Salt
f. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
g. 1 Cup Warm Water
h. 3 raw eggs
i. I Cup Vegetable Oil
j. 2 cups of cocoa powder
k. 2 cups of granulated sugar
l. ½ cup of brandy ( This is optional and should be added cautiously.

Brandy is for preservation purpose.Adding too much could make you or whosoever that eat the cake tipsy)

 

PROCEDURE

a. Preheat Oven to 340°F
b. Put all the dry ingredients in bowl ( flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder) in a bowl and mix them very well.
c. Put all wet ingredients (egg, warm water, milk, vanilla essence, vegetable oil) in a bowl and mix.
d. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
e. Pour the mixture gently on the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. To ascertain if your chocolate is ready, prick it with a toot pick if it comes out wet, allow it to still bake but if it comes out dry, your chocolate cake is ready.
f. Give the delicious chocolate cake time to cool down before taking it out of the pan.
g. After cooling down, Slice and serve with a chilled vanilla ice cream or orange juice.
