Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger as one platform? Well, not exactly!
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced plans to merge three of its most popular social network messaging services – Messenger, Whatsapp and Instagram together.

He announced his plan to integrate the messaging services of the three powerful social networks, stating that the apps will still operate alone but their basic technical infrastructure will be integrated.
So basically, a Facebook user will be able to send messages directly to another person who is only on Whatsapp. This feature will connect billions of users across the different platforms together.
The plan is still in its early stages and is projected to be completed by the first quarter of 2020.
