It’s still completely socially acceptable to have pancakes for dinner, right? Regardless, they’re going in muh belly . . . I could feel guilty about indulging, but, at the same time, they’re veeeegan. Not that veganism isn’t flawed, because nothing is perfect. Yet I, as well as doctors and scientists, can attest that it’s a better option than consuming meat and dairy, for multiple reasons. The benefits of veganism expand beyond weight loss, clearer skin and more energy. It directly impacts the health of our planet by cutting greenhouse emissions and by refusing to enable the perpetual cycle of inhabiting protected, critical lands like idk, endangered rainforests, to raise cattle and then slaughter them. It also doesn’t subject people to working conditions that include killing animals all day, which can *obviously* be severely traumatizing. As stated before, veganism IS NOT perfect or even “cruelty-free”, nothing can be in a capitalistic society where everything, including people amongst other sentient beings, are exploited and mass-produced . . . Although not the solution, converting to a plant-based diet is a step in the right direction… Sorry for being so dismal LOL 😅

Preparations:

  • Let’s start with making the syrup here as you add 3/4 glass water, the dark colored sugar and salt to a medium pan over medium warmth on the cooker. Convey the mixture to a simmer and mix until the point that the sugar breaks down. Let it heat for 25 to 30 minutes, mixing sometimes.

  • For the pancakes, heat the oven to 90 degrees Celsius before starting. This is simply medium heat and then spread butter onto the frying pan.
  • Get a large bowl for the ingredients. In this bowl, swiftly mix the flour, granulated sugar, salt, baking powder until it is well combined together.
  • Make a well in the middle of the dry mixture and include the wet blend. Mix with an elastic spatula until the point that simply consolidated. Don’t over blend or you’ll finish up with intense and chewy pancakes!

  • Fold in the strawberries and blend once more.
  • Cook the pancakes. Utilizing a spoon, scoop pancake batter from the bowl onto the pan. Cook each side for around 2-4 minutes until the point when the flapjack is gently brilliantly golden.

  • Do this for each of the pancakes and afterwards serve with your syrup.
