Award winning Nigerian musician, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, had his show at the iconic O2 Arena in London. The pop star was ecstatic as the show had all tickets sold out by Saturday and he got to perform before a full capacity auditorium at the arena. This feat had added his name to the very short list of African artistes that can boast of achieving this milestone.
Although Davido is not the first Nigerian artist to sell out the O2 arena (he is only second to Wizkid), we are quite confident that he will not be the last to do so. Within the last 3 years, our artistes have gone on to achieve great feats including holding and selling out international shows.
