Manny Pacquiao retained his WBA Welterweight title yesterday when he defeated challenger, Adrein Broner in a 12-round match.
He was declared winner by a unanimous decision of a 3-man panel of judges.
The 40 year old Philippino came out of retirement to record his 61st career win and defend his title. Immediately after Pacquiao was declared winner, he ran up to retired World Heavyweight Champion, Floyd Mayweather, and challenged him to a rematch. Mayweather gave no reply.
