The oil rich city of Dubai is an absolutely beautiful place to behold. Over the last 20 years, Dubai has rapidly transformed from a sprawling desert land to one of the most sought after tourist destinations in the world. Thousands of people travel yearly from Nigeria to Dubai for holidays or vacations. It is a very interesting and inviting city. However, there are some incredible things you see in Dubai that you can hardly find anywhere else. These things just add to the charm and impressive nature of this city. Here are my top 7:

Believe it or not, there are ATM machines that dispense gold in Dubai. Yeah, real gold. These machines ae in strategic locations around the city, just in case you forget you gold at home. You can easily slot in your card and buy yourself some gold. These machines can dispense gold jewelry, coins and gold bars.

It is no surprise to find exotic cars being used as delivery cars in Dubai. If you take a trip to Dubai and find your pizza getting delivered by guy driving a Lamborghini, don’t be surprised. It’s just one of the things that comes with the rich city. Also, their policemen here drive exotic official cars too.

Well, this is one of many landmarks in Dubai. This beautiful man-made island is shaped like a large palm and has so much amazing features to keep you fascinated on your trip.

Dubai is usually a hot city, seeing as it is located in the arid UAE regions. However, to give tourist a full experience, Dubai built an indoor ski resort in its city. Located in the Mall of Emirates, this indoor arena is kept at a temperature of -4 degrees to keep it always cold.
- The Tallest Building in the World
Aside being home to the largest man-made island in the world, Dubai is also home to the tallest building in the world. The Burj Khalifa stands at over 2700 feet and houses several nightclubs, swimming pools and even a hotel. One side of this monumental structure also has an electronic display that is sure to leave you marveled.
- Gold Everywhere, even in toilets.
Dubai is also a city of gold. Basically everywhere in this beautiful city shines with gold. It should not surprise you then that this city has gold-plated toilets and of course, toilet papers that look like money.
- The Dancing Fountain
This breathtaking water fountain is not the highest in the world, but it’s definitely one of the most spectacular. The amazing special fountain dances – changes pattern according to the music being played and even has performances for people to come watch. It is the largest dancing fountain in the world.
