A lot of Nigerian celebrities have gone on to gain global recognition and since love has no boundaries, a few have had sizzling relationships with foreigners.
These celebrities have had us get all excited about their love lives with their non-Nigerian sweethearts.
So without much fuss, let’s go right into it. Here are 5 Nigerian celebrities that have famously dated foreigners:
- Burna Boy
Okay, this doesn’t exactly fall into the category of ‘dated’, but Burna Boy starts our list. He is currently in the news with everybody going gaga about his relationship with UK/Jamaican singer, Stefflon Don. The pair have been flaunting each other off on social media and just yesterday, Burna posted a snap video where Stefflon appeared to be all over him.
- WizKid
Our international export, Wizzy is next on this list. Wizkid famously had a relationship with US singer, Justin Skye from 2016 to 207 before the pair seemed to part ways. Wizzy then had a personal relationship with A-list manager, Jada Pollock. Starboy’s relationship with Jada resulted in the 35-year old manager bearing him a child in 2017.
- Skales
Pop singer and rapper, Skales broke up with his Nigerian bae and started dating a beautiful Ethiopian, Leyla Konjo in 2016. The pair however parted ways in 2017.
- Ice Prince
Rapper Ice Prince sent tongues wagging when news broke out about his relationship with Ghanian beauty, Maima Nkewa. The pair became even more popular when Ice Prince came out to defend her after allegations of cheating were leveled against her. However, the relationship was ended back in 2017.
- Jim Iyke
Dubbed ‘Nollywood Bad Boy’, Jim Iyke has definitely lived up to this name. He has had several run-ins with non-Nigerian ladies, notably Jamaican beauty, Keturah Hamilton, Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari and Lithuanian, Dana Kinduryte. Iyke’s relationship with Dana spanned for a while and Dana bore him a son in 2015.
