1. She was born Tonto Wigo Charity Dikeh on June 9, 1985, and hails from Ikwere in Rivers State.

2. Tonto Dikeh has a degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.

3. She first came into our consciousness when she competed In the 2005 edition of the reality TV show “The Next Movie Star.”’ Tonto emerged first runner-up in the competition.

4. Tonto hit the limelight after she featured in the movie “Holy Cross.” She acted alongside actors Nonso Diobi, Pete Edochie and Jim Iyke.

5. She got married to Oladunni Churchill in August 2015.

6. Tonto welcomed her son Andre on February 17, 2016, in America.

7. Tonto launched her foundation ‘The Tonto Dike Foundation,’ which aims at helping rape victims and children, in 2014. Sharing the news on social media, Tonto rote;

8. She dumped her husband in 2017 following claims of infidelity and domestic abuse. In an interview, Tonto stated that;

“First of all, I’d like to say that this interview is not to discredit my husband or rather my ex-husband in anyway… It’s a bitter experience. Being here is not easy,” she said.

“The domestic violence is real. It’s real. How I lived to suffer it and go through it over and over again, I do not understand.”

“I stayed back in my marriage, not because of my child. I stayed because I was doing it for myself, because I loved my husband with all of my heart. I stayed because he begged me to stay a couple of times. I stayed because I just didn’t want to give up. I didn’t want to give up on the marriage just like that.

“People change, I changed… My husband has humiliated me so much.”

9. Tonto has a couple of celebrity besties to include stylist Swanky Jerry and cross-dresser Bobrisky.

10. Famed act D’banj unveiled her as his DB records artiste back on June 13, 2014. She, however, announced her departure from the label in March 2015.
