1. His real name is Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele. He was born on the 5th of January 1985 in Ajegunle, Lagos State.
2. Oritsefemi is his mother’s third child mother. He was born into a polygamous family of 25. In his words;
“I am the third child of my mother. I was born and bred in a polygamous family of 25 in Ajegunle area of Lagos state just like Daddy Showkey and many others.”
3. He attended Army Children School for his primary school education and Randle Secondary School, for his secondary education.
4. He applied to Delta State University in Abraka, to study law but eventually dropped so he could focus on his music career. music career.

“I owe my strong-will to Fela Kuti, Daddy Showkey and Sizzla Kalonji. They are my greatest influences and role models and I wouldn’t have been where I am today if I didn’t key into their lives and achievements,” he said.
6. He has worked with top acts such as D’banj, Davido, Pasuma, 2Face Idibia, Shatta Wale and Yung6ix amongst others.
7. The first song he ever recorded was titled “Boys dey Binu”
8. He snagged the award for the Best Street-Hop Artiste at the 2014 Headies Awards. not stopping there, Oritsfemi also won the award for the Most Popular Song of the Year at the 2014 City People Entertainment Awards.
9. He has bagged several nominations since hitting the limelight to include ‘the Male Artiste of the Year’ at the 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. He was also nominated for the Video of the Year category at the 2014 City People Entertainment Awards.
10. He hit the limelight with his single “Double Wahala” which earned him two nominations at the 2014 City People Entertainment Awards. He won the award for Most Popular Song of the Year.
