More and more women and celebrities enlist the services of professional photographers to take photos of them during this period while a few have gone all out to document these priceless moments.
Here are 10 celebrities who bared it all during their maternity shoot.
Cindy Crawford
Super Model Cindy Crawford posed completely naked for the cover of W magazine back in April 1999 while pregnant with her first child. The photo, a classic black and white silhouette, saw the stunning model cover her exposed breast with one hand as she smothered into the camera.
Crawford who went completely naked in a shoot recently spoke on doing that at 53. In her words;
“Part of the reason I wanted to do it was that I thought, ‘At what age is being naked not beautiful anymore? Is there a sell-by date on us?.I don’t look the same as I did at 20, 30 or even 40. If we take care of ourselves, why not?”
Mariah Carey
Multi-award winning singer Mariah Carey went completely naked for the cover of Life & Style just days before she gave birth to her twins.
Nick Cannon who was married to her at that time said of the cover; “I’m more attracted to my wife than ever.”
Speaking with Life & Style magazine, Carey said; “I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Serena Williams
Tennis Star Serena Wlliams also went naked on the cover of a magazine while ptregnant. Willaims covered a 2017 Vanity Fair magazine edition, baring it all as she cradled her bump.
CHRISTINA AGUILERA
Singer Christina Aguilera posed naked for te December 2008 issue of Marie Claire. Aguilera was pregnant during this period and had no issues baring her body. Her son was welcomed January 12, 2008.

BRITNEY SPEARS
Award-winning singer Britney Spears joined the list of celebrities who have posed naked with their bump in 2006, when she was the cover star of Harper’s Bazaar’s August issue. Britney told the magazine, “I’m not supposed to be this huge pregnant superstar. it made me want to cry a little bit, doing these photos. I started feeling like myself again.”
ALICIA KEYS
Pregnant with her second child, singer Alicia Keys also bared it all. She had her pregnant belly painted with a white peace sign with the caption, “Its me and you on a mission to create a kinder and more peaceful world. The #WeAreHere movement begins today. The singer a day after wrote;
“As I prepare to give birth to my new child, I can’t help but think what world I’m bringing the baby into,” Said Keys. “We see the state of the world today and we can all feel the frustration and the desire to do something to make it better.”
KELLY ROWLAND
Kelly Rowland welcomed her son in 2014 but before giving birth, the formr Destiny’s child singer, posed naked in a beautiful nude maternity shoot for Elle.com.
“Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want, Kelly said. “It’s fine to have cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women that I’ve talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that.
MIRANDA KERR
Model Miranda Kerr posed nude for the December family issue of W magazine in 2010. The Victoria’s Secret model told the magazine that;
“My career has been wonderful, but it’s not my life. I don’t feel pressure to get back to work.”
ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO
Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio joined the list of celebrities who have posed nude while pregnant when she featured in a new campaign for Brazilian jewelery firm Vivara. Speaking about the campaign, she said, “A nude photo shoot was good, because pregnancy makes me much more confident. I’m proud of my body to be generating a life.”
Jessica Simpson
Jessica looked every inch breathtaking as she psed nude on the April, 2012 Issue of Elle. The singer told Elle magazine about her baby girl saing; “I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!”
