10 Actors Who Have Played Superheroes In Movies

We all love superheroes and our joy knows no bounds when our favourite stars play these characters in movies.

Here are 10 movie stars who have played superheroes in movies.

Brie Larson

Larson made her debut as a superhero in Captain Marvel. Larson, who is an Oscar-winning actress, stars as Carol Danvers in the Avengers: Endgame. On shooting the movie, Larson told Omelete, “It’s a little hard. It’s hard. But it was also perfect because it meant I wasn’t alone on this journey.” She continued saying

“It meant that I had a playground of people who have been through this before.

“So it was more like a test round for me, I felt like.

“In between takes I got to ask people questions and I was just very open about being the new kid and wanting to be treated like the new kid, so I could learn as much as I could and take in as much information.

“Because there are things that you just don’t think about and you don’t know who to ask other than an actual superhero.”

Tom Holland

Holland played the character Peter Parker and Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War. He has also appeared in Avengers saga. On playing Spider-Man, he said;

“I have always been a huge fan of Spider-Man, and growing up, I had countless Spider-Man costumes,” he told us. “Only two years ago did I go to a fancy dress party dressed as Spider-Man. I had this awesome morph suit where you can put your phone on your chest and spiders would crawl across the costume, it was awesome! He’s always been a big part of my life and a big part of boys’ lives because everybody can relate to him.”

Sebastian Stan

Stan who acted in the hit TV series Gossip Girl plays Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier in all MCU movies He made his first appearance as a superhero character in 2001 Captain America film.

Chadwick Boseman

Boseman joined the MCU movie family back in 2016 when he acted in theCaptain America film/ He has also acted in both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame movies.

Robert Downey Jr.

Downey stars as Tony Stark/Iron Man. He has starred in three Iron man movies and has appeared in The Avengers series.

Hugh Jackman

Jackman played the role of Wolverine in 2013’s X-Men’s The Wolverine. He also starred in the 2014’s X-Men movie: Days of Future Past.

Ryan Reynolds

Actor Ryan Reynolds played Hal Jordan in 2011’s Green Lantern.

Scarlett Johansson
